The service
Upper Plain designs, builds, hosts, and maintains custom software as a monthly subscription. Build starts at $2,000 per month with a 3-month minimum. Growth starts at $5,000 per month, and Scale is a custom partnership. Illustrative platform stories on this site are examples of the class of work, not promises of identical results.
Free consultation
The introductory consultation is free and has no obligation to begin a partnership. Booking a time reserves that slot. The joining link is sent separately before the session. You may cancel or reschedule from the link in your confirmation email, subject to remaining availability and the same notice window used for new bookings.
Your data and the code
You own your data. We host and operate the codebase while you are subscribed. A separately priced source-code buyout is available on request and includes a handoff. Third-party services such as payments, SMS, maps, and AI model usage are billed at cost.
Cancellation
After the 3-month Build minimum, you may cancel at the end of a billing period. If you leave, we export your data and provide notice before the running application stops. Any code handover follows a separately agreed source-code buyout.
Acceptable use
You will not use a platform we host to break the law, to store data you do not have rights to, or to attack other systems. We may suspend a platform that puts other customers or the infrastructure at risk.
Limitation
Software work has residual risk. We do not guarantee a particular business metric. Liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before a claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.
